The hotel is in a nice neighborhood and is a ten minute drive away from the old town. The people at the front desk where friendly and helpful.
The room was on the small side and was awkwardly laid out. Spotty internet access in room.

A beautiful little hotel in the middle of Cap d'antibes, nestled between the luxury mansions of the rich and famous. Very reasonable and hotel staff a pleasure and very helpful, Would definately return.

The location is ok but requires a car the rooms were small but clean fair for the price.
No bar or restaurant other than breakfast there were minibars in the rooms. There certainally was space for both.

The location was perfect and the attention to detail of the owner and staff. We were lucky to get the last room which was small but well equipped and scrupulously clean - the bathroom sparkled! The pool and patio area was a fantastic bonus and an opportunity to relax after a long journey.
We looked hard to find any thing wrong and the only negative comment I would make is over the coffee at breakfast - it was from a machine (common in hotels) and no where near as good as a jug of fresh hot coffee and jug of hot milk.

We have been regular visitors to the Riviera for many years and knew the location of the Hotel well. Early morning strolls around the Cap are a great way to begin the day. Hiring a car at Nice Airport enabled us to use the Hotel as a perfect base to re-visit our favourite places and restaurants in Antibes whilst spending time in Juan les Pins, Cannes, Mougins, Gourdon, St Pauls, Nice, Cap Ferrat, Monaco and Eze. The hotel was perfect with fantastic, friendly staff, immaculate rooms and facilities and offering great value-for-money. Even the mini-bar was sensibly priced. We will be staying there again on our next visit!!!

This is a beautiful hotel with fine service, a great breakfast, and peaceful location. Jean was a wonderful host and helpful in all things.
On the off-season, there were only a few nearby eating establishments available.
